Dear Liberty Leader,

In the defense of the Constitution and the restoration of our Founders’ vision, the non-partisan We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education and the We the People Congress would like to invite you to appear as guest speaker at one of our upcoming events scheduled across the nation between July and September.

We believe our 50-state, 70+ city public awareness tour is an extraordinary opportunity for opinion-makers such as yourself to reach out and expose you, your organization and your issue of interest to a diverse nationwide audience of Liberty minded individuals and other aligned, single-issue organizations.

It is clear that our Founder’s knew that embodied within the Right to Petition was, in fact, the practical exercise of Popular Sovereignty and the means for Individuals and the minority to peacefully hold governments accountable against both tyrants and the will of the majority.  The other First Amendment Rights are merely derivatives of this core Right of Sovereignty.

“If money is wanted by Rulers who have in any manner oppressed the People, they may retain it until their grievances are redressed, and thus peaceably procure relief, without trusting to the despised petitions or disturbing the public tranquility.” Journals of the Continental Congress. In short, we are attempting to bring together a large coalition of Freedom-defending opinion leaders and single-issue organizations to educate their supporters, and practically exercise the First Amendment Right to Petition.  Where our single interest organizations have failed individually, we believe the Right of Petition strategy may enable our success together.

If we can collectively move beyond single-issue politics and garner a sufficient “critical mass” of grassroots support and public awareness for the Right to Petition, we believe we can influence the national agenda and begin the process of restoring Constitutional Order to our Republic.
